Job Title : Python Developer (CRM Development)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team and work on enhancing our existing CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current functionality, designing and implementing new features, and optimizing the existing codebase to improve performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
• Understand the existing CRM architecture and functionality.
• Collaborate with the team to gather requirements for new features.
• Develop, test, and implement new functionalities using Python.
• Improve and optimize the performance of the existing CRM.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Integrate third-party APIs, tools, or systems as needed.
• Document all development processes, features, and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Proficiency in Python (minimum 1-2 years of experience).
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django .
• Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL .
• Ability to analyze and debug legacy codebases.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party systems.
• Good understanding of software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
