Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design and develop custom Odoo modules utilizing Python, XML, and JavaScript.
• Implement and configure various Odoo modules to align with clients' business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other systems and applications.
• Manage Odoo version upgrades and ensure compatibility with custom modules and integrations.
• Analyze clients' business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement modifications in Odoo modules to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide comprehensive training to end-users on effective usage of the Odoo system.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and configuration.
• Strong proficiency in Python and knowledge of PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Odoo's API and web services.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle, agile methodologies and frameworks such as: scrum & kanban.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bonus Points:
• Odoo certification.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as: Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with both community and enterprise versions of Odoo.
• Experience in customizing HR applications (employees, recruitment, payroll, attendance, time-off).
