Manage cross functional stakeholders effectively.
As a Product Experience Associate Researcher, you will be responsible for:
Preparations for panel sessions and internal tests: labeling, pouring/weighting samples, collecting reference materials, printing necessary documentation.
Maintenance of the sensory facility: keeping clean workspaces, keeping track of stock (glassware, products etc.), grocery shopping.
Recruitment of participants for internal tests.
Support PX researchers in project management: lead sensory and/or consumer activities following internally defined quality standards with supervision; invite C&D to participate to the session when relevant.
Recruitment of the new panelists for the ongoing the trained external panel when needed.
Designing and conducting discriminative and descriptive sensory tests; generating sensory data through effective use of discriminative and descriptive sensory method.
Leading the trained external panel sessions, initiating the discussions on descriptive sensory attributes.
Evaluate panel performances on each project and manage long term panel performance database (with clear action plan every year to improve performance). Organize regular panel performance feedbacks on projects.
Acknowledge and analyze data using statistical models; translate raw data into insights and actionable recommendations that support the development and design of products.
Updating administrative databases using pre-defined templates.
Strong presentation skills, with Very good communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Required Skills:
Bachelor in food science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Psychology, or related science background with knowledge in Sensory Techniques, and Statistical Analysis applied to Sensory research.
Learning agility and drive for results, creativity, attention to detail and problem solving,
At ease with Microsoft Office environment, especially XL, Power Point and Word.
Working knowledge with Fizz and/or Compusense is an advantage.
