Purchasing/warehouse Officer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Purchasing and Warehouse Officer to join our growing team and play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: o Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods. o Oversee inventory control and maintain accurate stock records. o Ensure timely delivery of supplies to meet operational needs. o Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. o Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to streamline supply chain operations. o Inspect incoming goods to ensure quality and compliance with standards. o Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory, purchases, and expenditures. Qualifications: o Proven experience in purchasing and inventory management (experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus). o Strong negotiation and communication skills. o Excellent organizational and time management abilities. o Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. o Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. o Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
