Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Processing and Purchasing Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including order processing, purchasing documentation, and coordinating communication between departments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and support senior purchasers with critical tasks. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Purchasing Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing documentation. Communication and Coordination: Coordinate communication between suppliers, departments, and senior management to ensure smooth operations. Follow-up on Payments: Monitor and follow up on pending payments to ensure timely processing. Support Senior Purchasers: Assist senior purchasers with procurement tasks and vendor management as required. Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
