We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding gastronomic experiences, and we are seeking a Purchasing Supervisor who shares our commitment to excellence and is ready to take the brand to a new height.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and procure food, beverages, kitchen equipment, and restaurant supplies at the best quality and price.

2. Develop and implement strategies for purchasing areas aligned with the company's food and beverage objectives.

3. Receive, review, and submit purchase orders, and requests for quotation and manage the same in ERP software.

4. Update price details in Software and manage the inventory details up to date.

5. Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers and build long-term relationships.

6. Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to prevent shortages or overstocking.

7. Ensure timely delivery of goods to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

8. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

9. Track market trends, pricing, and new products to optimize purchasing decisions.

10. Work closely with chefs, operations teams, and finance departments to align purchasing with business needs.

11. Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier contracts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

2. 4 years' experience in the Food & Beverage supply chain field.

3. Strong food sourcing, cost control, and supply chain management knowledge.

4. Prioritize experience with managing standalone restaurants, and a central kitchen with a production background.

5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

6. Experience in inventory software 'SUPY' is an advantage.

7. Advanced knowledge of Excel.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
