Your Impact: As our Purchasing/ Procurement Specialist, you'll be the linchpin of our operations, ensuring that our delicious products make their way to homes and businesses seamlessly. You'll handle everything from sourcing the finest ingredients to optimizing our distribution network.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Way: Forecast demand, plan inventory, and make sure we always have the right products at the right time. No stockouts or overflows on your watch!
• Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with local and global suppliers to source the best ingredients, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
• Streamline Logistics: Oversee the entire logistics process--from customs clearance to warehousing to distribution--guaranteeing smooth operations.
• Save Costs, Boost Quality: Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to secure the best deals without compromising on quality.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Make sure every product meets the highest food safety standards and complies with UAE regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing/ procurement management within the FMCG sector (spices, nuts, pulses grains, or similar products!).
• Proficiency in supply chain software like SAP or Oracle, with top-notch analytical and negotiation skills.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• A sharp eye for detail and a proven ability to manage logistics in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
