The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the auto spare parts and bearings industry within the UAE market. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality materials at competitive prices.Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer in the auto spare parts and bearings industry within the UAE.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for auto spare parts and bearings.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier partnerships.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing with suppliers.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost savings.
