We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in the metal, fit-out, or aluminum industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, sourcing materials, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure the timely procurement of quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from suppliers.
- Ensure materials meet project requirements in terms of quality and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any supply issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material needs.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in metal, fit-out, or aluminum industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- good experience in shipping ( Export/ Import )
- Preferably candidates with their own visa.
