Job Description

Working with factories: negotiating prices, receiving discounts, approving coupons, launching a batch, quality control of fabrics.
Visiting professional exhibitions, searching and analyzing new manufacturers of customer-supplied raw materials, selecting new collections of applied materials.
Providing quality control reports for raw materials, handling product complaints, maintaining full control of delivery schedules for each item of customer-supplied raw materials.
Visiting factories to monitor the production of customer-supplied raw materials
Negotiations with suppliers, discussion of Incoterms conditions.
Testing the quality of the delivered batch. Complaint work with suppliers (batch compliance with shipping coupon, color deviations, fabric defects, violation of production deadlines, etc.).
Organization of a full cycle of procurement of accessories and applied materials on the local market.
Inventory management by item items.

Requirements:
Knowledge of the assortment, classification, characteristics and purpose of goods, rules for decoding article numbers and labeling of goods.
Knowledge of the basic requirements of standards and technical conditions for the quality of goods and packaging, their labeling.
Basics of pricing when choosing raw materials for a collection and choosing a manufacturer of raw materials.
Understanding of the general processes of production of fabrics and accessories, the conditions for their production.
The process of logistics of goods, the basics of customs affairs.
