Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of procurement from sourcing to negotiating contracts and pricing.
Should have prior experience of purchasing industrial parts, spares in Abu Dhabi/ Dubai
Maintain detailed records of transactions, pricing, and inventories.
Work closely with project managers and the construction team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Assess and vet potential suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure budget adherence.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions that can impact material costs.
Resolve disputes and claim issues with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5 years in purchasing or procurement, ideally in the construction industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project demands.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
