Purchasing Coordinator

Job Description

Identify reliable suppliers and establish long-term relationships to secure the best prices and quality.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads to forecast procurement needs.

Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) accurately.

Maintain organized records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Address and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies.

Assist in sourcing new suppliers and gathering quotations for comparison.

Monitor spending to ensure procurement activities align with financial goals.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Assist in physical inventory checks and audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
