We are looking for FEMALE PURCHASING ASSISTANT who is well-versed & skilled in:
  • Purchasing - (Logistics work experience is an advantage).
  • Well experienced in Import/Export.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years experience (Automotive Industry experienced is an advantage).
  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • IMMEDIATELY joining.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Managing purchase orders, arrange shipments and overseeing shipping schedule (ETA/ETD).
  • Track all international and local purchase order and ensure timely clearance & delivery.
  • Ensure goods and services are bought as per the purchase order negotiated at best price.
  • Researching potential vendors, tracking orders , updating internal databases with order details (invoices, packing list, etc).
  • Constructing emails, making quotations, conducting inquiries, comparing prices & evaluating offers from suppliers.
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  • Maintaining accurate records of invoices and import bill.
  • Maintaining a fully stocked inventory report and optimizing the procurement process for the organization.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
