Key Responsibilities:


• Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods, materials, and services required for business operations.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Order Management: Process purchase orders, track shipments, and follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
• Inventory Monitoring: Maintain inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
• Cost Analysis: Monitor pricing trends and recommend cost-effective purchasing solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure that all purchases align with company policies and quality standards.
• Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and services.


Qualifications:


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Skills:
