To follow the purchasing procedures and policy.
To deal with the suppliers and provide price comparison list and quotation.
To anticipate price change and market trend.
To consider first the interest of the hotel in all transaction.
To purchase at the best price for the best quality.
To assess and update permanently their suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 file.
To work closely with any departments of the hotel.
To advise, assist and support departments in identifying and specifying their needs.
To assist stores, receiving and accounting department to resolve any problems with suppliers subsequent to any purchase.
To report directly to the Cluster Purchasing Manager.
To maintain close contact with any suppliers.
To assist the Purchasing Manager in performing any purchasing function.
Must possess ability to deal effectively with all levels of management within the hotel and to accomplish objectives through personal relationships in areas where little formal authority exists.
Is well-acquainted with the physical layout of the hotel and its premises.
Ensures that confidential records and other confidential information is properly safeguarded and is not removed from the office.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance & Accounting or related major.
2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Finance & Accounting or related professional area.
Fluent in English
Computer literate. Must have experience with future log system
