The Role
Guildhall is assisting a top construction contractor in Dubai in hiring a Purchasing/Procurement Engineer for the Townsquare Project. - Procure construction materials and equipment as per project specifications. - Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. - Issue and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. - Monitor procurement costs and identify savings opportunities. - Maintain supplier relationships and ensure quality compliance. - Stay updated on market trends and pricing fluctuations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in procurement within construction/contracting. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. - Skills: Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost control skills. ERP knowledge is a plus. - Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.About the company
