Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the procurement of goods and services for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries. - Identify and source potential suppliers and vendors. - Negotiate and secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers. - Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. - Create and maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements. - Continuously improve purchasing processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and cost savings. - Research, select, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality products at the most competitive prices. - Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to avoid shortages or excesses. - Assess supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary. - Coordinate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of materials or equipment. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.



Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficient in using procurement software and tools. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
