We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Purchaser

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies needed for our operations. The Purchaser will ensure timely procurement, maintain cost efficiency, and build strong relationships with suppliers to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchases. Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to determine purchasing needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor agreements. Resolve any supply issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance. Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, retail, etc.]. Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices. Familiarity with local and international sourcing strategies.
