DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Purchaser in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Stock required items and maintain the stated inventory levels
Maintain adequate stock for the restaurant
Prepare accurate purchase requisitions as well as purchase orders
Make sure goods procured of the highest quality
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods
Coordinate with departmental heads in ensuring proper stock movements
Reply to all supplier queries concerning purchase orders
Keep up accurate records of purchases, pricing as well as other relevant information
Perform any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree/Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Chain Management, Business Administration or the equivalent from a recognized institution
At least 2 years of experience in the purchasing position, experience in a hotel or restaurant will be advantageous
Must be organized and a good planner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to work well under pressure
Strong networking and negotiation skills required
