Job Title: Purchaser - Auto mobile spare parts

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Automobile Spare Parts Purchaser to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, supplier networks, and procurement processes. This role involves sourcing, purchasing, and managing automotive spare parts inventory while ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase automobile spare parts, accessories, and related materials from reliable suppliers in the UAE and abroad.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors to ensure a continuous supply of high-quality parts.
• Monitor stock levels and place timely orders to avoid shortages and excess inventory.
• Ensure all purchases meet the required quality standards and comply with company specifications.
• Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Track and report on purchasing activities, cost savings, and inventory performance.
• Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure parts availability for ongoing projects.
• Stay updated with market trends, product innovations, and pricing strategies in the UAE automotive market.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the procurement process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in purchasing automobile spare parts, preferably in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE automotive industry and spare parts suppliers.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships with vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of automotive spare parts brands, models, and compatibility.
• A degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of local customs, import/export regulations, and logistics in the UAE.
• Preferably female candidates to be considered.
