We are seeking a motivated and experienced Purchase Officer to join our dynamic team at Hyssna Carpentry, a leading joinery company in UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in procurement, preferably within the joinery industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the purchasing process for raw materials, tools, and supplies needed for joinery projects. Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and ensure the timely delivery of goods. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure material availability. Coordinate with various departments to understand project material requirements. Prepare and process purchase orders. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Purchase Officer, preferably in a joinery environment. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. valid UAE driving license is a plus. Knowledge of materials used in joinery or carpentry is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
