Job Title: Purchase Officer

Location: Dubai

Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in local market purchasing, with exposure to the UAE. market.

Industry: Similar sectors such as manufacturing, civil engineering, and construction.

Qualification: Engineering degree preferred.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in local market dynamics and supplier networks in UAE.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry-specific procurement practices.
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
• Preferably possesses knowledge of relevant products and materials.
• Ability to manage procurement processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Monitoring and managing procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations during the procurement process.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
