Job Description
- Procurement of materials
- Must have good knowledge of joinery/ fitout products
- Should have good knowledge & database of suppliers/vendors,
- Work on targeted budget,
- Good knowledge of conditions of contract,
- preparation of subcontract agreementReviews & processes orders to ensure that correct orders are delivered to clients and are within the specified budgets & time frames.\xc2\xb7
- Reviews contracts (including vendor terms & client LPOs)\xc2\xb7
- Issues invoices to client & payment requests to accounts while ensuring that payment terms are complied with & in line with cash flow requirement.\xc2\xb7
- Requests quotes & negotiates purchase terms & conditions.\xc2\xb7
- Maintains project trackers with details of order quantities, values, payments, schedules, status of items, etc.\xc2\xb7
- Maintains records, reports relevant information & prepares any necessary documentation.\xc2\xb7 Monitors supplier performance.\xc2\xb7
- Coordinates with the logistics for collection and shipping schedule.\xc2\xb7
- Coordinates with the warehouse team for the inventory for audit & accounting purposes.\xc2\xb7 Collaborates with the accounts team for all payment related matters (to vendors/from clients) & project closings for recognizing revenues.
