Job Vacancy: Purchase Officer - Automotive Industry

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: From AED 3,500

Experience: Minimum 3 years in purchasing or procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and products.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful supplier management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local UAE market conditions and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Must be available to join immediately.
• Candidates with own visa, family visa, or cancelled visa are preferred.
