Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services that meet our organization's needs while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and purchase goods and services. Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock to minimize excess and shortages. Analyze pricing trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions. Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. - 5 years experience as a Purchasing Executive (Inside Bahrain) - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and organizational skills.
