Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations within the signage and outdoor media industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and optimizing procurement processes to support business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Supplier Management:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality and contract terms.

Inventory & Cost Control:

Oversee inventory levels, ensuring stock availability while minimizing excess. Implement cost-control measures and optimize procurement processes. Coordinate with internal teams to forecast material requirements.

Contract & Compliance Management:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company procurement policies. Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 7 - 10 years of experience in procurement within the signage and outdoor media industry. (Required)

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of purchasing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office. Understanding of UAE import/export regulations and logistics management.

Soft Skills:

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED12,500.00 per month
