PURCHASE MANAGER
We are looking for experienced Purchasing Manager to handle our company's procurement activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize purchasing activities and process
• MUST have experience in procuring materials like garments, footwear, household, homeliness, cosmetics, Ladies handbags, plastic wares, stationeries, toys, etc.,
• Ability to negotiate the best possible deals with suppliers
• Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies
• Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Create and maintain positive relationship with suppliers and vendors
• Maintaining supplier database, purchase records and related documentations
• Ensuring all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
Qualification & Experience
• Degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar field
• Must have experience in hypermarket or FMCG industry
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong critical thinking and negotiations skills
• Ability to work independently
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
