Job Description
A Well reputed Restaurant is looking for a Purchase Manager Competences : - Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager - At least 2-3 years of overall experience - Should have F&B specification - Ability to work well in a team and on your own. - Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude. Responsibilities : - Secure products and services at the best possible pricing without compromising on quality or service - Consolidate purchases to achieve maximum economic benefit - Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service and product provided - Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving - Ensure the companies purchasing systems are up to date with products and pricing to facilitate its smooth operation at restaurant level
