To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished •Purchase Manager- Russian Speakers •, to drive both innovation and execution in our busy work environment

•About the Role •

• Manage production and warehousing activities by effectively forecasting material demands, stock levels and resource capacity, ensuring product availability.
• Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers, both internal and external, including local and international markets such as China, Saudi, India and Europe ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee receiving details and implement corrective actions for dispute resolution.
• Liaise with the Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices necessary for business operations with suppliers and maintain the SOA through SAP.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes through team collaboration and technology implementation, resulting in improved service levels and cost reductions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories.
• Ensure respective department are informed on timely basis about expected arrivals of goods.
• Maintain and improve the efficiency of the Purchasing Department and Stores.
• Manage delivery schedules and inform departments daily about items due to arrive.
• Oversee the entire purchasing department lifecycle.
• Conclude vendor selection based on technical, commercial, and risk assessment criteria in coordination with the Dept Heads and in accordance with Contractor's Procurement policies and Main Contract requirements.
• Should have good knowledge about contracts and Tenders
• Implement and drive procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets.

•Requirements •

• Proven experience dealing with international markets, particularly with suppliers in China.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers.
• Excellent forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement skills.
• Effective communication and dispute resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement strategies and vendor selection processes
• Russian Language is mandatory.
