Job Description

PURCHASE MANAGER - CATERING required urgently for a reputed Catering Services Company in Abu Dhabi:
  • Bachelors degree / Diploma
  • Min. 5 years relevant experience in any leading catering services companies in UAE
  • Excellent procurement professional knowledge and communication skills; procurement strategy, project management, negotiation and contract, cost control, supplier management, procurement process management, etc.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality.
  • Analyse market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to forecast demand.
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Valid UAE license preferred.
