Min. 5 years relevant experience in any leading catering services companies in UAE
Excellent procurement professional knowledge and communication skills; procurement strategy, project management, negotiation and contract, cost control, supplier management, procurement process management, etc.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality.
Analyse market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to forecast demand.
