Automat Electronic Services is the leading provider of Industrial Automation Repairs and Services in the Middle East, with a vast network of facilities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and India. We are expanding and looking for a skilled Purchase Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities :
• Procurement of spare parts and materials
• Job entry management
• Inventory management
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Tracking shipments
• Collaborating with other departments
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities
Requirements :
• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or BSc in Electronics
• Experience in logistics and procurement, with focus on job entry and spare parts purchasing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Male candidates only
• Immediate joining preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Order placement and follow-up
• Material entry and tracking
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player
• Experience with any ERP system is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
