The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with suppliers for brands such as Cummins, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, MTU, Atlas Copco, Liebherr, Epiroc, and Sandvik. This role involves overseeing the entire procurement process, from purchase order preparation to import documentation.Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new global suppliers for heavy equipment spare parts, focusing on brands like Cummins, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, MTU, Atlas Copco, Liebherr, Epiroc, and Sandvik.
- Prepare purchase orders based on vendor price lists and received orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and shipping companies to ensure timely dispatch of purchase orders.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including Bills of Entry and Transfer for Jebel Ali Free Zone.
- Ensure orders are arranged and delivered within the committed time frame.
- Maintain and update reports such as order trackers.
- Negotiate and coordinate with shipping companies for the best terms.
- Finalize and check import documentation and handle insurance processing for import shipments.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing heavy equipment spare parts.
- Strong existing supplier relationships with brands like Cummins, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, MTU, Atlas Copco, Liebherr, Epiroc, and Sandvik.
- Experience in preparing import/export documentation and managing international shipping logistics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
