Job Description

: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Purchase Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Purchase Engineer at Finpower Aircon LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless procurement of materials and services necessary for our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying reliable vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
• Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.
• Collaborating with the production and engineering teams to ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining inventory levels.
• Monitoring market trends and developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
• Resolving supplier grievances and claims to ensure a positive supplier experience.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding procurement and purchasing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchase Engineer or in a similar role within the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software (experience with SAP is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong command on Arabic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
