Job Description

:
  • Research, identify, and evaluate potential F&B suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements in terms of pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Work closely with culinary, operations, and finance teams to understand their requirements and develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct periodic supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to agreed-upon quality parameters.
