Job Description
Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience in Building Material (Construction Industry)
Assisting with purchase manager in sourcing and selecting/vendors for the procurement of materials
Prepare and Process purchase order and requistion in accordance with company policies
Coordinate and communicate with supplier to obtain price quotes, negotiation terms and ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records of purchase transaction, including purchase orders and invoices
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team
