Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing new suppliers and maintaining good relationships with existing suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor inventory levels.
• Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure data is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales and purchasing processes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Purchase Assistant or similar role.
• Knowledge of purchasing and sales processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
