Roles and Responsibilities

:

Prepare and process purchase orders for goods and services. Communicate with vendors to track deliveries and resolve any issues. Maintain accurate purchasing records, including order confirmations, invoices, and receipts. Assist in managing supplier relationships to ensure reliable delivery of quality products. Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages. Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy. Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.

Qualifications

:

Any Graduation (Bachelors in Engineering is Preferred) 2-3 years experience in same field with

Building construction

Strong organizational and communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
