Job Title: Purchase and Brand Executive

Job Summary:
The Purchase and Brand Executive will play a pivotal role in managing procurement activities and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Coordination:
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives to ensure mutual benefits and timely support.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional support to optimize procurement strategies.
Keep an organized documentation and ensure timely claims to maximize benefits from brands.
Stock Management:
Monitor and manage stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
Prepare and update daily stock reports, reflecting accurate market prices and stock movements.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on price trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
Purchase Management:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast purchase orders based on market trends and sales projections.
Track the progress of purchase orders and Proforma Invoices (PI) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Maintain effective communication with vendors to manage order timelines and address any issues promptly.
Transaction Management:
Maintain comprehensive records of all procurement transactions in Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Generate and raise bills for accounts receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze profit and loss statements for each deal to assess financial viability and make data-driven decisions.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, providing insights based on procurement trends and market analysis.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle all email correspondence with a professional and prompt manner.
Provide regular updates to the Managing Director on procurement activities, market trends, and potential issues.
Ensure all records and reports, are up-to-date and stored securely for easy retrieval.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, stock management, or a related role, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent negotiation skill and professional correspondence.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
High level of integrity and ethical standards in all business dealings.

Meticulous attention to detail.
