Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase & Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing hydraulic tubes and fittings, possess strong market knowledge, and be familiar with international procurement processes. The role involves managing financial records, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle purchasing of hydraulic tubes and fittings with a strong understanding of market trends. Handlle Procurement of items required for plant operations Manage international purchases efficiently. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and ledger entries. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Process purchase orders, obtain quotes, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procurement policies. Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and payments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in accounts or similar

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE. Experience in purchasing hydraulic tubes and fittings with good market knowledge. Familiarity with international procurement processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
