Job Title: PUNCH LIST COORDINATOR Reports to: SUPERVISOR Division/ BU: Production Department: PIPE Job OBJECTIVES (Summary of overall job purpose) Responsible to ensure the traceability / NDT requirements are followed as per project agreements and also to ensure the latest revisions of documents are in use. Also responsible for maintaining the traceability records with accuracy for progress tracking and for performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities Policies, Processes & Procedures: \xc2\xb7Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. \xc2\xb7Follow and comply to information Security Rules and data security measures in order to protect the company information / intellectual properties. Day- to-day operations: \xc2\xb7 To coordinate with document controller / Work preparatory and Shop / Onboard supervision to ensure the documents in use are being the latest revisions. \xc2\xb7 To identify and to assist the shop / onboard supervision to maintain the traceability records as per department procedure and as per approved project ITP. \xc2\xb7 To assist fitter/welder supervision in defining the actual NDT requirements as per project ITP to avoid any later stage disputes. \xc2\xb7 To assist fitter foreman in verifying the material heat no and grade / certification requirements prior proceeding with fit up and inspections. \xc2\xb7 To assist foreman for getting the details captured and updated in ERP (Mariner or equivalent) spool wise and joint wise. \xc2\xb7 Raising inspection requests to QC/ client and assisting for inspections. \xc2\xb7 Assist supervision during project audits with details maintained in all stages. \xc2\xb7 Verifying and clarifying the details against drawings prior updating in the trackers. In case of disputes, to take it up and clarify with concerned preparators and supervision. \xc2\xb7 Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports from the weld map and spool/support trackers for supervision for tracking and also for dept. management to review the productivity. Safety, Quality & Environment: \xc2\xb7Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Related Assignments: \xc2\xb7Performs other related duties or assignments as directed. Key Competencies Language skills: \xc2\xb7Working knowledge of English language. \xc2\xb7Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage. Technical competencies: \xc2\xb7 Piping Construction plus minimum 3 years shipyard experience or similar construction industry. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years planning experience includes division of work scope within modules/locations through all stages of construction activities. \xc2\xb7 Competency to read piping drawings in line with material grades and other basic process details. \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive knowledge in ship construction and relationships between trades. \xc2\xb7 Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with Primavera. \xc2\xb7 Ability to extract information from available drawings, AutoCad, spools tracker/traceability, weld map. Minimum Qualifications Essential Desirable Education \xc2\xb7 Graduate \xc2\xb7 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Training \xc2\xb7 MS Word / Excel \xc2\xb7 Piping Engineering/Primavera/MS Project/MS Word/Excel Experience \xc2\xb7 2 yrs minimum experience for a similar role 2 years and Above Job Type: Part-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
