Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies to increase brand awareness and public engagement with our non-profits mission.
Writing and distributing press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to generate positive media coverage.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media outlets.
Managing the organizations social media presence, creating compelling content to connect with our target audience.
Organizing and participating in press conferences, events, and public speaking opportunities to promote our cause.
Monitoring media coverage and public sentiment to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
Assisting with fundraising efforts by crafting compelling narratives that resonate with potential donors.
Staying up-to-date on current events and trends in the non-profit sector and public relations industry.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in public relations or a similar communications role.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with media outlets and the public.
