Job Description

:Key Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and UAE government authorities, including DED, Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and Immigration Department.
  • Manage the processing of commercial contracts, permits, and approvals for construction and facilities management activities.
  • Obtain and renew necessary permits for construction sites, such as building permits, environmental clearances, and safety certifications.
  • Coordinate with DED for commercial licensing and ensure compliance within the construction and facilities management sectors.
  • Oversee documentation required for construction site approvals, including blueprints and safety plans.
  • Ensure all construction sites comply with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Liaise with government authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance checks.
  • Oversee the renewal and maintenance of trade licenses and other legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials to facilitate smooth processing of company documentation.
  • Represent the company professionally in all government interactions.
  • Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to align business activities with UAE regulations.
  • Stay informed on updates to UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and commercial regulations.
  • Assist in coordinating employee-related activities, such as visa & work permit processing, medical exams and Emirates ID.
  • Provide support and advice on government-related matters to employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of all government documentation, ensuring timely submission and confidentiality.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & SkillsEducation Qualification:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • UAE National (Emirati) with a valid UAE driving license.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE, preferably in construction and facilities management sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, commercial regulations, and construction site compliance requirements.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with government online portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, and other e-services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex government and commercial procedures.
Other Requirements:
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of cultural, legal, and commercial practices in the UAE, with specific expertise in construction site management and facilities management.
