Company: Exjot Corporate Location: Business Bay, Dubai Exjot is seeking a dynamic and proactive Public Relations Officer Sales Man (P.R.O Sales Man) to join our team. The P.R.O Sales Man will be responsible for managing the company\'s relationships with government agencies, clients, and the public, as well as actively seeking out new clients who require visa services, trade licenses, golden visas, and other related PRO services. Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and government agencies for all visa, trade license, golden visa, and other PRO related matters.
- Proactively search for potential clients who require visa services, trade licenses, golden visas, and other corporate services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Liaise with government departments to ensure timely processing of visa applications, trade licenses, golden visas, and other permits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government regulations and procedures related to visa services, trade licenses, golden visas, and other corporate services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company\'s public image and promote its services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with government regulations and smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis regarding visa, trade license, golden visa, and other related activities.
- Secondary is Fine.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English. Arabic fluency is a must.
- Strong knowledge of government regulations and procedures related to visa services, trade licenses, golden visas, and corporate services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Public Relation Officer Sales Man: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
