Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Public Relation Expert - Qatari National with degree** to join our team!

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.

+ Liaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works.

+ Provide handover and stakeholders input to weekly / monthly reports.

+ Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.

+ Ensures that pre-established requirements (e.g., which document numbering system will be used; how many and which signatures will be required for certain approvals, etc.) are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project.

+ Expedites review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced project documents.

+ Attends project meetings, as needed, to give status of requisitions or other documents and to be kept current on project status.

+ May monitor space requirements for project personnel to allow sufficient lead time for personnel placement as staffing requirements increase or decrease.

+ May serve as engineering coordination job leader, providing technical guidance to Engineering Aides as required.

+ Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's degree is required.

+ Minimum 3 years' experience

+ Resourceful, pleasant, and approachable personality.

+ Ability to work under stressful condition.

+ Experience working in Qatar is required.

+ **Qatari Nationals only**
