We are looking for an experienced

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

to handle all government-related tasks, including

visa processing, document renewals, labor approvals, and legal compliance

in Sharjah and Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process

employee visas, work permits, and Emirates ID applications

through MOHRE, Immigration, and other relevant authorities. Handle

trade license renewals, company registrations, and legal documentation

in Sharjah and Dubai. Coordinate with government departments, including

Dubai Municipality, DLD, Chamber of Commerce, and Immigration.

Follow up on

visa cancellations, renewals, and labor contract processing.

Prepare and submit all required government documents in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date records of company and employee legal documents. Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws and government regulations. Manage

legal compliance matters, including labor disputes and court cases.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years

as a

PRO

in the UAE.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

visa processing, labor laws, and government procedures in Sharjah and Dubai.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Language Skills:

Fluency in

English and Arabic

is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in online portals like

MOHRE, ICA, and Immigration systems.

License:

Must have a

valid UAE driving license.
