Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO) with at least 5 years of experience in the business setup field. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in handling government-related documentation, licenses, and visas, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the process of obtaining trade licenses, amendments, renewals, and cancellations with relevant authorities.
• Process investor visas, residency permits, and other visa applications in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Maintain relationships with government entities such as DED, Immigration, MOHRE, and other authorities.
• Keep up-to-date with UAE regulations, procedures, and requirements related to business setup and visa processing.
• Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant departments promptly.
• Resolve any issues related to government formalities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional client service and ensure a seamless experience for clients during the setup process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the UAE business setup field as a PRO.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to company formation and visa processes.
• Strong relationships with government authorities and departments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
