Job Description

Neweast Isuzu is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle and follow up on all government-related transactions, with a focus on traffic-related matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of government procedures and regulations in Saudi Arabia and the ability to efficiently manage documentation and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process all government-related documentation, including traffic department transactions such as vehicle registration, issuance of plates, and renewals. Liaise with government departments, such as Traffic Police, Jawazat, and Chamber of Commerce, to complete required formalities. Ensure compliance with all government regulations related to company operations and employee documentation. Handle company car registrations, transfers of ownership, and renewals of vehicle licenses. Assist with visa processing, Iqama renewals, and other employee-related government documentation. Maintain records and track deadlines for all required renewals, permits, and documents. Resolve any issues or delays with government transactions efficiently and professionally. Provide updates to the management team on the progress of transactions and changes in regulations. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PRO in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on traffic-related transactions. Excellent knowledge of government regulations, portals, and procedures, including MOI, Absher, and Traffic Department systems. Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build strong relationships with government officials and internal stakeholders. Valid Saudi driving license. Join Our Team!
