Job Description

:Job Overview:We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Public Relations Officer to oversee and manage our company's interactions with government entities and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, develop strong relationships with government officials, and facilitate necessary approvals and documentation.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government entities and officials.
  • Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and national laws and regulations.
  • Handle the processing and renewal of government-related documents, licenses, and permits.
  • Represent the company in official meetings, conferences, and negotiations with government entities.
  • Stay up to date with the UAE labor law and government policies and regulations updates that may affect the Organization.
  • Advise management on regulatory issues and propose strategies for compliance.
  • Prepare reports, official letters, and documentation required for government transactions.
  • Manage visa processing, labor permits, and employee-related governmental procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and various government departments.
  • Address and resolve issues related to government affairs efficiently and effectively.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials.
  • Proficiency in documentation and report writing.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
