#### Your Responsibilities



We are looking for a new colleague to join our Campus Administration Team in Dubai on a full-time basis/ 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. The opportunity:



A Public Relations Officer is required to cater to our University Campus needs in the fields of immigrational assistance, and related matters, such as: visa issuing, renewals, medical insurance processing and visa cancellations for staff and students at the University.



This person will also act as the University's liaison officer with government, public and private entities, when required. The Public Relations Officer is expected to establish and maintain good professional relations between the University and relevant government entities, especially the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs and ensure that the University works in line with the relevant Rules and Regulations. The successful candidate should be well informed and remains abreast with all immigration and operational requirements, and any changes in these fields that periodically arise.



Key Activities & Responsibilities:



• Manage the collection of documents for students and staff to facilitate successful applications for Entry Permits, Visas, Visa renewals, and Visa cancellations on behalf of the University, its staff, and students
• Assist students and staff with all matters related to their medical insurance policies and procedures
• Assist students and staff with visa and medical insurance renewal procedures in a timely manner
• Assist the Campus management, staff and students with timely visa cancellations
• Manage a well-organized department and visa processing system

#### Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a similar role in another University in UAE
• Well versed with the UAE Immigration regulations and visa processes
• Native Arabic speaker with a strong command of English language
• Knowledge of German language is an added asset
