We are looking for a proactive Public Relations Officer to manage visa applications and trade license renewals, ensuring smooth compliance with regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with authorities, preparing and submitting applications, and keeping meticulous records.

What you'll bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Min 5 years of proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the UAE, with a strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

What you'll do:


Visa Application Processing:

• Manage the end-to-end visa application process for employees and clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities, immigration departments, and other agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Prepare and submit visa applications, renewal requests, and other related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Keep abreast of changes in visa regulations and policies and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
• Address any visa-related issues or queries from employees and clients promptly and professionally.
• Support HR with document attestation, translations, and other administrative tasks as required.


Trade License Management:

• Assist in the acquisition, renewal, and amendment of trade licenses for the organization and its clients.
• Coordinate with government departments, free zones, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with trade license regulations.
• Prepare and submit trade license applications, supporting documents, and fees as per the requirements of relevant authorities.


Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all visa applications, trade license documents, and related correspondence.
• Ensure that all documentation is properly filed, archived, and accessible for audit purposes.
• Prepare reports and summaries on visa and trade license activities, including application status, processing times, and compliance metrics.


Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and government agencies regarding visa and trade license matters.
• Provide clear and timely communication to employees and clients regarding visa requirements, processing timelines, and documentation guidelines.
• Represent the company professionally in all dealings with government officials and entities.
